Reporting to the L&D Manager the job holder will manage the full learning cycle across all business areas, and be a key interface with senior management within the business.
·Analysis of training needs across all business and customer divisions
·To design and deliver engaging and interactive training programmes to support all learning
·Delivering of training across a wide range of methods, face to face and developing e-learning packages
·Contribute to the on-going development and maintenance of electronic training software
·Interact, influence, engage, coach and guide
·Development of L&D Assistant
This role would best suit a candidate from the professional or financial sectors, however an all round exposure to soft skills, with the ability to manage relationships and engage the learners is key regardless. To be considered you will have experience in the full cycle as above and be excited to offer new ideas, innovations and contribute to a wider team to enhance the learner journey.
