The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:-

  • Working in a standalone HR Business Partner role based in Chesham
  • Working across different business disciplines to lead and influence change
  • Lead on HR Projects
  • Implement organisational change, team strategies and change management programs
  • Coach and support managers
  • Working with leadership teams
  • Support on performance management processes
  • Deliver on HR Processes


The HR Business Partner will be CIPD qualified or equivalent

Knowledge of working within a generalist role

Supporting employees across multiple sites
