Learning and Development Coordinator

Multinational Media Company

A multinational media company require a passionate L+D coordinator to join the business on a 12 month FTC basis. The L+D coordinator will support the Head of Learning and Development and the wider team in the coordination of all learning activities and the successful running of the function.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for identifying learning needs in the business

  • Coordinating logistics of learning programmes

  • Acting as point of contact for L+D enquiries

  • Advising individuals and teams on L+D options and training programmes

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, promote learning activities, and encourage collaboration

  • Conducting learning needs analysis

  • Coordination of learning events and courses

  • Liaising with external training suppliers

  • Manage budgets, invoice tracking and purchase orders

  • Involvement in L+D projects throughout the year

Key skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience within a L+D function is ideal

  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to liaise and work closely with senior stakeholders

  • Great organisational skills with ability to prioritise

  • Desire to take ownership for successful delivery of objectives

  • Ideally degree level educated

  • Value driven and commercially led

This is a contract role for 12 months, but the client will consider someone on notice.
