Interim HR Business Partner - GDPR - 3 months contract

Our client is looking for a commercially aware and results driven HR Business Partner to join their Corporate HR team to provide a support with specific focus on GDPR.

Skills:

  • In depth generalist HR experience, covering all elements of HR Management
  • A track record of success gained in a fast-paced, cost-conscious and customer focused business environment(s) & different business sectors / parts of the business
  • Exposure to leading and effecting organisational change in a complex employee relations environment, including TUPE
  • An understanding of how to build organisational capability through effective talent management, succession planning and learning and development
  • Experience of and credibility to interface at senior management level
  • Excellent relationship and rapport building skills with internal and external contacts at any level
  • Financially aware, commercial, numerate and able to identify and enable key levers for business success

Job Offer

Day rate up to £350per day or salary around £50.000
