We are currently looking for a talented Interim Resourcing Manager to take on a brand new role supporting the IT function during a period of substantial transformation spearheaded by a newly appointed CIO.
You will be responsible for project managing the delivery of the workforce plan; you’ll specifically focus on the in-sourcing of key business critical skills for IT through coordination of various stakeholders. You will need to be an experienced technology recruiter who has successfully managed large scale resourcing programmes from concept to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who really understands the opportunities for working with a leading brand on holistic campaign management, who can identify the best strategy and route to market plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a really significant impact and partner with the senior leadership of this great business.
This is a key role to the business as you will bridge the gap between Recruitment, HR and the IT functions; therefore you will need to be a creative minded individual with prior experience of leading a recruiting function and providing innovative solutions to attract talent into organisations.
The successful candidate will need excessive experience of partnering with IT departments during periods of considerable change; prior experience of workforce planning and working with outsourced recruitment solutions will be key and you’ll possess excellent stakeholder management skills as you’ll need to lead, motivate, and interact with a wide ranging group of stakeholders.
