HR Advisor

Your new role
We are looking to recruit a HR Advisor candidate for a client who is based just outside Manchester City Centre. Currently, the business has 280 staff within their organisations which consists of a range of specialist roles and more generalist supporting functions. The position will be a generalist HR Advisor in a stand-alone role and will report straight to a senior level board member. As the role is a stand-alone role your duties will range from Hr Administration all the way through to managing different levels of HR queries with a focus on Absence Management.
The function also looks after resourcing and your role will be required to continue to support the business in this area delivering the full end to end recruitment process. The business is also looking to implement a new HR system so if you have gained experience in this area that would be really useful. Currently, payroll sits with finance although again if you have got this experience the business would be interested as previously payroll has set with HR. There will also be an element of HR Administration that sits with you. This is a great opportunity to gain a really rounded experience within the HR function and with it being a stand alone role, you will truly get the opportunity to manage your own work load.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a HR advisory role or similar.
Experience of implementing a new HR system & Payroll experience (although not essential)
Excellent IT skills and experience of using HR Data and running HR reports.
You will also have experience in the entire recruitment process and be extremely organised.
You will be comfortable managing your own workload and be able to prioritise well.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a full-time temporary role for up to 3 months. The hours are 8.30am - 5pm and will be paying up to £33k. The company do have parking on -site and is really accessible on public transport. The role also comes with a good benefits package.
