Role: Learning and Development Manager

Location: Central London.
My client, a leading transport and travel business and are looking for a interim L&D professional to join their team whilst they recruit for the role permanently. You will join them in their Central London office in what can only be described at a very exciting time. The role is part of the HR Senior management team and is therefore responsible for senior stakeholder engagement and management.
Duties will include:
Agreeing deliverables and ensuring projects are completed timely.
To contribute to setting up and running an apprenticeship scheme
Deliver management development training to managers across the business
To develop and help managers meet business needs, ensuring they have access to the development they need.
To develop and deliver the learning and development strategy within the business that supports the business strategy.
Working with other L&D managers within the group to define and implement effective training for the business as a whole.
We are looking for someone with an experienced interim with a depth of experience in L&D across a variety of sectors. You should have an eye for detail, lots of drive, good sense of humour and enjoy working in a project capacity.
