Learning & Development Manager

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Building the region's Professional Development team, and manage the team's workflow and career development by delivering high-quality trainings and talent processes across EMEA

  • Developing effective working relationships with company stakeholders

  • Spearheading all talent processes to include ongoing training and development, promotions, reviews

  • Collaborating closely with US team on building new trainings and talent processes and improving existing content

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will possess:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Consulting or a related field

  • Strong academics

  • Experience working in a global organisation

  • Flexibility to travel
