As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Building the region's Professional Development team, and manage the team's workflow and career development by delivering high-quality trainings and talent processes across EMEA
Developing effective working relationships with company stakeholders
Spearheading all talent processes to include ongoing training and development, promotions, reviews
Collaborating closely with US team on building new trainings and talent processes and improving existing content
As the Learning & Development Manager, you will possess:
5-8 years of relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Consulting or a related field
Experience working in a global organisation
Flexibility to travel
