HR Co-ordinator required, based in West London c£30k for leading global Retail company. Initial 12 month FTC.
Your new company
An international Retail business, located in West London. They have a fantastic and ever growing list of businesses they partner with. This is a new position within their team in West London as HR Co-ordinator reporting into HR Manager. The HR Co-ordinator role has opened up because the company is growing and they need an extra person to help manage the busy workload - initial 12 month FTC.
Your new role
This exciting opportunity requires you to communicate with the critical stakeholders within the business and perform generalist HR duties. You will have to connect effectively with people across all levels of the company and ultimately you will have an influence on how the business performs and grows. Your role will involve a small amount payroll duties from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as HR Co-ordinator, you will be passionate about HR and a self-starter with a can-do attitude. You need fast-paced HR experience, including payroll, be very organised and great at communicating. You are going to manage your own projects, so confidence in your own ability is essential. This is a wonderful chance to use your current knowledge and grow with this globally leading Retail company. You need to have some experience in a Co-ordinator position, or be able to demonstrate that you have completed Co-ordinator duties.
