Our client, a complex public sector body is embarking on a five year modernisation programme to make the organisation sustainable for the future.
A key part of this is their estates rationalisation programme which includes a move to more flexible working and shared office space.
As Change Manager you will support the early adoption of change management across the organisation and the multi discipline work streams involved in the programme.
You will work with the organisations leadership to build an organisation filled with effective and engaged change sponsors. This will include developing a practical communications and engagement plan to help those affected understand the value of the changes and the positive impact they will have on them and their place of work.
This individual will lead on the development of a robust business readiness and change impact assessment. This will include working with the organisational design team to define a comprehensive training needs analysis to help individuals adopt new, more agile ways of working.
The successful candidate will be an experienced change manager who has worked alongside an estates rationalisation programme/ refurbishment programme.
You will have experience of championing new ways of working and be able to bring prior experience of how to support these programmes with change management approaches.
You will have exceptional communication skills and experience of developing communication and engagement strategies to support change programmes.
Experience of working in complex stakeholder environments ideally within a regulated environment.
Qualified change manager PROSCI, ADKAR or equivalent
