I have a brilliant opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR to join a growing and incredibly ambitious technology business based in the City. As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be aligned to the Tech and Product arm of the business, reporting in to the CTO.
The CTO is incredibly passionate about the product and her team, she is amazing at what she does and a very strong leader, so a great opportunity to partner with her, in making the business brilliant.
Overview of the role:
They are going through a lot of change, and they rely on HR to really guide and support them through that, so someone who loves to truly partner with their stakeholders, will get a lot from this role.
The client group is around 100, so a lovely number of people to keep the role busy and interesting, but really allow you to get to know your colleagues and under the skin of the business.
Work and focus around Talent and Engagement
Experience of being in a high growth business and going on that journey, or start up would be advantageous
You will have a HR Manager and Coordinator reporting in to you, so experience of coaching or managing previously would be good
They would like for this person to have a look and do some work around Diversity and Inclusion
Really work with coaching managers and advising them to ensure they are at their most productive and motivating their teams
Looking at HR processes and infrastructure and making recomendations as to whether current systems and policy and so on are fit for purpose, and in line with legislation and the needs of the business as they continue to grow.
The organisation has high growth plans, and need people who are fast pace, resilient, and adaptable. Again, experience in technology and partnering with the tech arm of the business are highly desired for this role.
