Your new role
Working as part of a small team reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a proactive HR service to this SME organisation. This role will have a strong emphasis on supporting recruitment activities but will also support generalist HR activities. The role will provide support and advice to Line Managers and employees on all aspects of HR. A very hands-on role, the HR Coordinator will support the HR Manager and will be responsible for all administration in the team, ensuring communication, documents and records are all maintained to a high standard and in line with data protection. You will have core responsibilities in; recruitment, employee relations, reward, engagement and generalist HR.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience gained in a small/medium sized organisation
You will preferably have an initial recruitment background agency or in-house and have stepped into HR following this.

What you'll get in return
Up to £28K pa + benefits.
