This fast paced data software solutions business is looking for an equally progressive HR Business Partner to partner, shape and deliver the people strategies for their UK and EMEA Sales and Commercial Strategy leadership team.

You will be a strong business partner, someone who is progressive and looking to progress. The leadership team are happy to be challenged and to debate, so you will need to be a person who is inquisitive and who has a perspective. We need to see experience of working in a matrix structure, ideally across EMEA although that can be developed. What is important is that you have a commercial mindset.
You will have a track record of expertise gained preferably in a complex matrixed environment, with exposure to highly commercially focused management teams to deliver change programmes and improved business performance.
Evident intellect combined with speed of action and quality of advice, who will be used as an informed sounding board by management colleagues.
