Our client, an international Digital Agency, are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their London team. You will be responsible for providing them with end to end recruiting support, cross- functionally across the business, ensuring that the firm is provided with a first class, highly effective recruitment and advisory service globally.
You will be responsible for recruiting all their technical roles from, .net, JAVA, front/back end developers and UX/UI. A solid network of technical experts is a must for this role as experience in this area is required.
Duties will include:
Liaising with Hiring Managers to determine role requirements
Sourcing, selecting and screening candidates for all technical hires
Creating a strong pipeline for key roles
Assisting in the creation and delivery of recruitment strategy
Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of methods ie social media, meet-ups, conferences etc
Managing of recruitment technology including uploading vacancies, candidate data and vendor information
Ensuring all incoming candidates are transferred to the Applicant Tracking System
Producing regular management information as required
Paying up to £50,000 dependent on experience, you will be based in their London office but it will require travel to their UK offices every so often so flexibility is important. Get in touch today!
