My client are a brewery based in West London. They require a L+D Manager to join their People Team until the end of 2018. As the L+D Manager you will be responsible for ensuring there is a learning and development offering in place for non-managerial employees.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring employees have access to high quality learning and development support

  • Ensuring offerings such as inductions, in-role development, role progression etc. is in place for non-managerial employees

  • Forecast the volume of learning required

  • Play a key role in setting and managing the department budget

  • Working with stakeholders to review, evaluate, and develop the training offering

  • Set the the framework for in-role development

  • Play a leading role in the training

  • Help drive and shape the business's L+D offering

Key skills/experience:

  • Previous L+D management experience

  • LMS and e-learning software knowledge

  • Ability to design and deliver training

  • Have a creative and innovative mind-set

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

  • Senior stakeholder management

  • Commercially aware

  • People management experience

  • CIPD or Trainer qualification (or equivalent)
