You will be working for a large business in the healthcare industry based at their site in Cheadle

Your new role
As the Recruitment Administrator you will be required to do a variety of different tasks. You will be responsible for the administration throughout the entire recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding. You will work with the team to create Adverts, help source the candidates, deal with the entire on boarding process and the new starter process.
you will also play a heavy role in the compliance for the new starters. This can include arranging the DBS checks and overseeing them from start to end. You will also be in charge of checking all of the right to work documents and making sure that all employees are compliant to work within the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working within a similar role. You must have strong administration skills and experience with working in recruitment. You will have a working knowledge of the end to end recruitment process and understand the administration that is required. you must be comfortable working in a high volume role that is very busy and fast paced.
You will also have a knowledge of compliance including eligibility to work and DBS checks.
This role is a 3 month position with a view to start within a week and so you must be immediately available.
