Our client - a global investment management firm based in the City, London, are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their busy HR team of 4 in supporting the business during a 12 month maternity cover.
This will be a full generalist position, covering day to day operational and generalist remits, partnering with managers to identify the HR actions necessary to achieve business objectives in line with team performance, organisational structure. The role will also be recruitment focused, advising and managing the process of talent acquisition during a period of growth. The company have 250 people and are currently going through a period of growth.
Snapshot of duties:
Manage annual performance process, meet with managers and their teams to set objectives, discuss team performance, liaising closely with the HR Director and HR Manager
Embed performance management culture as a means to driving business improvements
Manage employment lifecycle from offer generation to redundancies, resignations etc.
Provide coaching and training where required
To be considered for this opportunity you will:
Have prior experience as a HR Generalist within a financial services and corporate environment and have managed relationships with senior stakeholders
Have experience leading on recruitment, manging end to end processes
Be educated to degree level or equivalent
Desirable experience- to have worked previously within an asset of investment management firm
Salary is circa £45-50k, open to this on an FTC and daily rate equivalent. Do apply if the role is of interest.
