I am working with a Global Management Consultancy firm based in The City, on a Talent Acquisition Advisor role. Reporting into the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will encompass the full lifecycle of Recruitment and will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
A real 360 Recruitment role, you will have full autonomy for recruiting into your specific secors within the business and responsibilities will include:
Sourcing relevant candidates at all levels, primarily direct but also some agency recruitment
Screening and interviewing candidates
Building candidate pipelines
Organising recruitment events such as career fairs
Creating offer letters and contracts, completing internal processes
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing advise on best practise
Generating new ideas and ways of practise
Project based work on skills and interests
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellant communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident approach working with colleagues and candidates of all levels
Professionality at all times
Excellant attention to detail
High levels of discretion
Experience of recruiting permanent roles in a Professional Services environment
Strong MS Office skills
This role would be ideal for individuals who have agency experience within Professional Services, looking to move in house.
