Talent Acquisition Specialist

I am working with a Global Management Consultancy firm based in The City, on a Talent Acquisition Advisor role. Reporting into the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will encompass the full lifecycle of Recruitment and will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

A real 360 Recruitment role, you will have full autonomy for recruiting into your specific secors within the business and responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing relevant candidates at all levels, primarily direct but also some agency recruitment

  • Screening and interviewing candidates

  • Building candidate pipelines

  • Organising recruitment events such as career fairs

  • Creating offer letters and contracts, completing internal processes

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing advise on best practise

  • Generating new ideas and ways of practise

  • Project based work on skills and interests

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellant communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Confident approach working with colleagues and candidates of all levels

  • Professionality at all times

  • Excellant attention to detail

  • High levels of discretion

  • Experience of recruiting permanent roles in a Professional Services environment

  • Strong MS Office skills

This role would be ideal for individuals who have agency experience within Professional Services, looking to move in house.
