L&D/HR Manager

A London based Wealth Management firm are looking for a Learning & Development /HR Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for the design and delivery of L&D interventions that supports the current and future needs of the business along with other Generalist duties as and when needed.

This role will predominantly focus on L&D and as the Learning & Development/HR Manager, main duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with managers and supporting all aspects of the employee development

  • Developing metrics/KPI's to assess the return on investment of key programmes and courses

  • Managing Learning & Development admin as required

  • Building and maintaining L&D programmes and initiatives that enable the business, support the employee-led culture and build upon strategic goals

  • Forging partnerships with existing and prospective new external partners to ensure the training interventions are commercially viable

  • Diagnosing organisational issues and designing solutions to support change initiatives that support highly effective team development

  • Coordinating the provision of Senior Development Programmes through robust programme and stakeholder management of internal and external parties

  • Developing frameworks and core programmes in business development, personal effectiveness and leadership to consistently build organisational and line management capability

  • Reviewing, designing and executing graduate induction and training boot camp

  • Supporting the HR & Recruitment Manager to identify top talent

  • General operational HR support

As the Learning & Development/HR Manager, you will possess:

  • Experience of being a Learning & Development professional with substantial experience of design and delivery of an extensive range of training and development

  • Strong academics

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or willing to work towards

  • Experience of working with SAP systems

  • Strong relationship building skills
