HR Manager (12 Months)
I am excited to be supporting a Private Equity firm in securing an HR professional to cover a period of maternity. Reporting into the Managing Partner, you will be the HR lead and responsible for a team of two. The remit is wide ranging and requires a strong generalist and someone that can span both BAU operational HR along with higher end strategy and projects.
Candidates will be degree educated and have prior experience working ideally in a venture capital or private equity firm, otherwise boutique financial services or management consultancy backgrounds will be considered.
This is an extremely high touch environment with an employee population of 95 based in London. As such, you need to be confident dealing with all levels of stakeholder up to and including Board members.
Due to forecasted growth, there is a strong possibility this role will convert into a permanent position after the initial contract phase, therefore the client is keen to consider individuals that show great longevity and commitment to previous employers.
