Recruitment Coordinator -3 months fixed term contract- potential extension
I am working with an Investment firm based in Central London, in recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator role. My client requires assistance in coordinating and scheduling interviews (roughly 80 per week) sometimes these may be complex and will require managing challenging stakeholders.
Relationship management with internal business areas, interviewers, recruitment agencies and direct/employee referral candidates
Reporting and tracking of candidates within the interview process
Becoming a 'super-user' of our Applicant Tracking System and generating regular reports and analysis to help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function
Candidate contract generation and general on-boarding
Ad hoc project work e.g. agency events, interview training projects, system work etc.
Work-load permitting, there will also be scope for this role to be involved in; reviewing advert response, short listing CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews with prospective candidates
This is a busy and fast paced role that enables you to build relationships with the wider HR team and business. You will be required to build strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and be an integral part of the Recruitment team.
