Reward Analyst

My client is a global FMCG business based in Middlesex. They are looking for a Reward Analyst to support intially for 3 months to support the Head of Reward with the annual salary review and assistance of other key Reward projects.

As the Reward Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the annual bonus process and letter production, working closely with other Reward teams and the HR Service Centre
  • Ownership and maintenance of data, modelling, scenario planning and engaging with / advising HR Business Partners and key business stakeholders
  • Project support for key organisational development activity working with HR Leadership
  • Management of day-to-day Reward processes, including dealing with benefits queries

The ideal candidate for this Reward Analyst role will have proven experience working in a Reward environment with knowledge of the compensation and Reward process. You will have strong analytic skills with exceptional attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment.
