HR Planning & Analytics Manager - 12 month FTC
I am working with a leading global financial services firm to recruit for a 12 month FTC opportunity for an HR Planning and Analytics Manager. In this HR Planning and Analytics Manager role you will lead the development and delivery of the UK and Ireland's strategic workforce plans through data analytics and insight.
This role is to provide insight into the skills that the business needs in the future, identifying talent gaps and areas of support the that business requires in order to meet its strategic goals. You will work within the HR community to create and communicate plans for each of the business areas. Reporting into the Head of HR Planning and Employee Experience, you will support the wider HR team with employee research, data analysis, business analysis and delivery of key strategic HR Projects. This role also works very closely with our HR Insights Team and collaboration is key.

The ability to analyse, question and challenge data and uncover and articulate trends
Ability to present and complex data, analysis and insights in a clear, easy to digest and actionable way to a range of stakeholders in an engaging way
Creativity in being able to re-design planning processes
Project management skills
A broad general knowledge of HR
Ability to manage a range of stakeholders and influencing skills
The ability to influence end decisions and create strategic people planning outputs for HR and the wider business
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience of creating dashboards which go beyond data cascade
The ideal candidate for this HR Planning and Analytics role will have a strong analytical background and excellent Excel skills with experience in project management. An HR background is not essential to the role though an interest in HR Analytics would be advantageous.
