My client, a well-known charity with a national presence are seeking a Head of HR for their London office.
You will report directly into the HR Exec Director and have 4 direct reports into you (HRBP + HR Adviser level). You will work at a senior level partnering with the board to drive the strategic people agenda.
You will help design, lead on and implement OD strategies and drive performance within the directorates which you are managing. You will lead the annual performance and salary review process and work closely with rewards colleagues to ensure appropriate pay positioning and determine salary positioning.
You will be ideally CIPD level 5+ qualified with extensive HR experience. If this is from a charity background that would be preferred however other candidates will definately be considered. You will have fantastic influencing skills with the ability to adapt, change effectively with gravitas and motivation. If you have experience within the Fundraising sector of a charity this would be well recieved.
