A professional Services company based in Central London are recruiting for a Reward Manager to join them on a 12 month FTC.
Your new role
This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking and commercially driven professional services company for a 12 month maternity cover.
You will be key to providing reward advice to members of staff and Managers, as well as taking ownership of key reward projects.
This role encompasses compensation and benefits management, as well as overseeing the payroll submission. On the compensation side, you will manage and implement the salary review process, carry out salary benchmarking, and also support the gender pay gap reporting process.
On the benefits side you will review and maintain relationships with suppliers, attend pension governance meetings, and prepare reports to monitor reward trends.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a reward specialist with some managerial experience, and experience of pensions, job evaluations, management of cyclical activity such as salary reviews and bonus processes. You will have an understanding of salary sacrifice schemes and be able to advise on reward and benefits issues. You will also have a good understanding of the professional services environment.
