Talent Acquisition Lead- Fintech
Our client is a start-up firm with huge potential. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who has experience of designing and implementing recruitment processes in a greenfield environment.
They have big growth plans again for 2018 and as a result they are looking to hire someone who has proven experience of having driven a recruitment function forward, in a standalone role.
- Hands-on recruitment for the business at all levels initially, which will move to be focused on Exec recruitment for the business in the longer term.
- Introduce recruitment processes by designing the strategy and implementing these processes across the business
- Experience of managing EVP and managing social media platforms to present the business in the best way possible
- Create a proactive talent pipeline and strategy for the business
- Consult with the business and coach on all elements of the TA function
What they are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience of designing successful recruitment strategies and pushing a function forward
- Ability to effectively recruit across all business areas
- Proven ability to manage social media platforms and build EVP
- Ability to influence and consult with key stakeholders
