Talent Acquisition Lead- Fintech

Our client is a start-up firm with huge potential. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who has experience of designing and implementing recruitment processes in a greenfield environment.

They have big growth plans again for 2018 and as a result they are looking to hire someone who has proven experience of having driven a recruitment function forward, in a standalone role.

The role:

  • Hands-on recruitment for the business at all levels initially, which will move to be focused on Exec recruitment for the business in the longer term.
  • Introduce recruitment processes by designing the strategy and implementing these processes across the business
  • Experience of managing EVP and managing social media platforms to present the business in the best way possible
  • Create a proactive talent pipeline and strategy for the business
  • Consult with the business and coach on all elements of the TA function

What they are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience of designing successful recruitment strategies and pushing a function forward
  • Ability to effectively recruit across all business areas
  • Proven ability to manage social media platforms and build EVP
  • Ability to influence and consult with key stakeholders
