An exciting opportunity has arisen within a specialist training company. Due to an extremely busy period for the client, they require a learning designer to join them on an initial 6 month basis to assist the Head of Leadership.
To be successful in this position you must have previous design experience, and the ability to create high quality learning programmes and materials.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Create new learning programmes, or refresh existing content - in-person experiences, or technology-enabled learning
Manage consultative conversations with client stakeholders to fully understand learning needs and outcomes
Create visually engaging and brand compliant learning materials
Ensure suitable evaluation metrics are defined at design stage and are measurable
Review/edit existing content in light of post-course evaluation
Must have designed in one or more of the following fields; leadership, management, professional skills, sales and commercial skills
Ability to create highly engaging, blended learning programmes that address bespoke business issues in a client centric organisation
Understanding of applying new learning methodologies and technologies where relevant
Confidence and ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships
Ideally degree level educated or equivalent
The nature of this role is a combination of research and development, and consultancy calls with the client.
As this is a contract role, you must be available immediately or on short notice to be considered.
