HR Business Partner
Annapurna is working with an international technology company to source a HR Business Partner to join their London team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role will report into the Hr Director and will provide HR Advise to a global team. You will have strong experience across the entire employee life-cycle on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities include
● Business partner global client groups on all HR matters
● Deliver precise and compliant HR advice, supporting company decisions with expertise in employment law, policies and practices
● Coach on HR programs, policies, and other HR-related topics.
● Employee relations and performance management
● Plan and execute global HR programs and initiatives
● Speak at public events
The ideal candidate must have experience of working on a global scale.
