We are working with a global trading house to recruit an HR Manager to join their business and support the development and growth of their HR offering and people strategy. This role reports into the Global HR Director and will have close links to senior executives across the business.
You will have day to day HR responsibility for the UK business with a headcount of c150 as well as providing support and advice to their European offices.
You will provide a full HR services and be a true HR Generalist supporting reward, recruitment, talent development and HR operations etc.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering HR projects to support the general development of the employee base.
Our client is looking for strong HR Professional who can work under minimum supervision and be able to work effectively with senior leaders. You will be comfortable working in an agile, international environment.
