HRIS Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers. We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join their HR team in Reading.

As an HRIS Analyst you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Assisting in the analysis and decision making process regarding implementing a new system

  • Designing and building interfaces

  • Systems maintenance

  • HRMI reporting

We are looking for someone who is experienced within HRIS and has ideally been involved in implementation projects. You must have strong Excel skills and be able to communicate with stakeholders in the business. Ideally you will have used Peoplesoft. This is a great opportunity to be part of a project from start to finish and one which will have a real impact on the way systems work within the organisation.
