KPMG’s Brand & Attraction Team’s aim is to position KPMG as a magnet for talent, and clear choice for candidates.  The team is a small, enthusiastic group of marketing specialists who provide employer brand and attraction services to colleagues and cross-functional teams such as PR, Internal Comms, and Brand & Compliance, as well as third party agencies, to ensure high-quality, performance-led, integrated solutions.

Join us as Brand & Attraction Manager playing an integral part of the team in creating inspiring and compelling employer brand and recruitment strategies to attract the best, and most diverse, talent to our student programmes.

As one of the largest employers of graduates and apprentices in the UK, with around 1,100 places annually on our graduate and apprenticeship programmes, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your employer branding knowledge and expertise each and every day. You’ll add value and insight to help drive smarter, more effective and impactful talent attraction solutions.

As a senior member of the Brand & Attraction team, we’ll look for you to be a strategic, commercial and client-centric marketing professional. You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent market knowledge/specialism, specifically in student marketing. Someone who is performance-led and passionate about all things employer brand, and who thrives on working in a complex, fast-changing environment.

You’ll ideally have experience in-house or with an external marketing agency. You’ll also be up-to-date with the latest digital and social marketing tools. What’s more, you’ll know how to plan, develop and deliver multi-media marketing campaigns and demonstrate strong project management capability.

You should be an excellent communicator, networker and influencer.
