Senior HRBP

Our professional services client requires an HR Business Partner to join on an FTC to perm basis. Working in the London office for this international firm you will be supporting 2 x fee earning client groups on a day-to-day basis. With support from the wider national HR team, you will build and maintain relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders within your client groups, being the go to for any people issues and priorities.

Responsibilities are to include:

  • Develop and deliver the people plan for Practice Groups/Sectors

  • Drive organisational and individual performance and manage complex change in partnership with the partners, managers and employees in line with the HR Strategy

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance and facilitate and coordinate people processes across Practice Groups/Sectors/Business Support

Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will also liaise with Partners, Directors, Managers, legal advisers and employees internally as well as external clients, service providers and contacts as required.

Requirements

  • HR Business Partner experience gained in a professional or financial services environment

  • Strong generalist skill set including good employment law understanding, experience of recruitment, performance management and annual salary processes.

  • Good judgement and the ability to influence in an intellectually rigorous environment
