Interim Global HR Business Partner (9 month FTC)
Our client is a leading global consulting firm based in the heart of London. A need has arisen to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support a global fee earning population of c500 employees. Reporting to the HR Director and leveraging established HR centres of excellence, you will be responsible for partnering business leaders to establish and implement HR strategies that attract, retain, engage and develop the talent needed for continued business improvement and growth.
You will regularly work across a wide range of areas such as employee relations, talent management, compensation and diversity and inclusion. The ability to deeply understand the business practice you are supporting will be critical to your success. Experience of managing a diverse range of HR projects in a matrix organisation is highly desirable.
