HR Coordinator

A global and fast growing Professional Services firm based in The City, are looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. A global leader in their field and ranked as one of the fastest growing companies in the world, as the HR Coordinator, you will deliver HR services to the team across Europe.

Reporting into the HR Manager as the HR Coordinator, you will:

  • Act as primary point of contact for day-to-day HR queries

  • Assist in drafting contracts and official correspondence

  • Work with the Recruitment and Professional Development team in the onboarding of new employees

  • Run the HR onboarding process from offer stage to induction

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee HR records

  • Performance tracking

  • Contribute to monthly payroll inputs

  • Assist with the visa processes and migrant reporting with support from HR Manager

  • Undertake any other duties

As the HR Coordinator, you will possess:

  • Strong academics

  • Experience in a Generalist HR role

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
