Learning & Development Advisor - London

A leading UK based Asset Management are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development this role will focus on personal, professional and team development. As the Learning & Development Advisor you will lead and collaborate on a wide variety of L&D projects and activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Design, schedule and deliver effective 70:20:10 learning approaches tailored to a variety of learner groups across all levels

  • Undertake analysis and evaluation of existing approaches to ensure materials, content and delivery methods maintain their relevance

  • Lead on talent development areas that may include Management & Leadership amd Apprenticeships

  • Develop and deliver learning needs analyses, solutions and evaluation methods to agreed standards for new and exisiting learning events

  • Work collaboratively with team members and in partnership with wider buisness stakeholders to ensure L&D interventions achieve required outcomes

  • Utilisation of LMS system in ways that target and meet different learning types, demands and needs

  • Support where required in the design and delivery of process and FCA regulatory learning

  • Lead and deliver coaching and mentoring assignments

  • Support and deliver London-based monthly induction activities as required

  • Undertake regular CPD to maintain and update L&D skills and knowledge relevant to sector

As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will possess:

  • Experience in coaching-led approaches to meeting learner needs

  • A high level of experience in and successful track record of learning design and delivery from early career to senior executives

  • Thorough knowledge of the full learning life cycle

  • Familiarity with talent frameworks

Requirements of the Learning & Development Advisor include:

  • Ablility to travel nationwide to deliver training

  • Deep understanding and knowledge across a range of management and personal effectiveness topics

  • Proficient in using Microsof Office for learning design

  • Delivery of face-to-face learning and online learning

  • Excelnnat presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with and influence individuals across all organisational levels from entry to Senior Executive

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to work independantly and proactively.
