Client Skills & Sales Trainer
Oakleaf are helping to build a team of Client Skills & Sales Trainers for our client, a leading nationwide wealth management specialist.
This role will work closely with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver training materials and support professional development of relevant stakeholders, specifically the Client Facing Advisers across the business who are based across numerous UK branches.
The role requires the candidate to consult, plan, research, design and deliver national training needs and requirements. The subject matter will predominantly be the development of sales and people skills to help client facing staff build and maintain better relationships with their clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering training, providing skills and knowledge required to effectively service clients.
Designing and delivering client focused training such as Active Listening, Building Rapport, Objection Handling and Effective Questioning
Deliver effective coaching and feedback
Develop technical training and help devise methods of translating the technical expertise into client engagement skills
Working with colleagues across teams to agree practical Group-wide training roll out solutions that are closely aligned.
Learning and Training Identification - Reviewing the business needs in consultation with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Undertake regular feedback and evaluation processes, acting on these to inform further training where necessary.
Financial Planning & Investment Management qualifications are desirable but not essential dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A proven track record in designing and delivering training within Financial Services.
Excellent communication skills with senior managers and leaders.
Knowledge of markets, products and services up to date and understands the impact of regulatory changes on client service provision.
