Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global financial services company who have an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst to join their team.
Working on an EMEA basis you will be reporting into the Head of Compensation and have a number of responsibilities including:
Managing compensation processes which will include modelling, reporting and analysis
Data analysis, data manipulation and improving processes
Supporting with a number of compensation projects
Working closely with the wider business and understand their needs and requirements
Ensuring the consistency of all global compensation data
This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the most globally recognisable brand names in financial services. You must have experience within compensation and ideally you will come from a financial services background.
