My client has an urgent requirement for an HR Business Partner to join a very busy team on a 12 month basis.
Operating at this level you will work in partnership with senior business leaders, delivering the associated business plan. This is a full generalist role covering both operational and strategic aspects of HR including:
- Reward and pay round processes
- Performance Development
- Talent Development
- Employee Relations
- HR Change Management
- Sound working experience in a similar capacity within a large corporate organisation
- Experience gained from dealing with complex issues
- Ability to influence at all levels of management
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
