We are working with a leading Global Technology business to hire an ER Lead / Head of ER. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 ER Specialists.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting senior leaders through the performance improvement process, providing advice on methods to improve performance in a targeted timeframe, in order to achieve and sustain desired improvements
Supporting ER colleagues by managing disciplinary and grievance cases from commencement through to closure. Supporting the team with investigation preparation and participate in meetings for more complex disciplinary and grievance cases
Working supporting the business through M & A activity, including TUPE transfer
Responsible for all HR related policy and HR related projects
The ideal candidate will either be working as an ER Specialist or as a HRBP with an ER slant. Experience working within a larger, matrix organisation is prefered.
