Reward Advisory

A global financial services organisation based in the City is looking for a Reward Advisory Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into a Head of, based in America, the Reward Advisory Specialist will be responsible for supporting on total reward projects across the business and providing expertise in regional/business reward matters. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of Reward & Benefits policies and processes

  • Design and coordinate regional specific policies, processes and documentation to maintain alignment with the business strategy

  • Manage the performance management and comp review process for the region

  • Deliver BAU compensation support

  • Lead the regional approach to annual compensation reviews

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Group, Regional and country level

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience with both compensation and benefits, ideally within Financial Services

  • Comfortable leading on projects and working with senior stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

  • High level of analytical ability
