HR Business Partner (12 Month FTC)

You will partner your business area on all people plans.This is a great position to apply your extensive knowledge of change management, performance management and application of strategic HR. You will leverage every opportunity to drive growth and development; and support a culture that is highly professional, passionate and hard-working.


Your ability to influence, coach and build the capability of leaders and maximize the contribution of the HR function will help maximise efficiency in managing organisational change. This exciting opportunity will be invloved in a number of projects, including change programme and employee engagement.

Must Have:

- CIPD

- A great understanding of HR and Change Practices

- Having had worked in a progressive organisation previously

- A strong capability to coach and influence leaders

- HR Projects

- Great stakeholder management is key - with examples to talk through.
