We operate centres of excellence in Reward, Employee Relations, Talent & Recruitment and Learning, along with an HR Operations Shared Service team. Our HR Business Partners provide the link between the centres of excellence and the leadership team in ensuring HR solutions are fit for purpose and delivered right first time.
As the VP - SMR and Executive Reward , you will lead on the co-ordination of all Senior Manager Regime (SMR) activities including the Fitness and Propriety checks. You will also support the Head of Executive Reward & Governance to deliver a range of other compensation-related activities, particularly the preparation of the Board Remuneration Committee papers and management of the reward round for Material Risk Takers (MRTs).
Experience for the VP - SMR and Executive Reward in London:
- Be highly numerate with prior experience of SMR and executive reward.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to present confidently to senior audiences.
- Have a reputation for providing top class support to your stakeholders. Always enhancing our HR brand.
- Be willing to adapt to new challenges and support other areas of the Reward team as required.
