The firm

A rapidly-growing consulting firm are in the market to add three new hires to their existing team, one of which includes a stand-alone to recruiter to take responsibility for all of their clients' recruitment needs. The firm's consultants work closely together and offer a trusting and flexible working environment.

The role

The level of requirement for the offered recruitment service will vary across clients and will range from screening applications all the way through to interviewing and offering. This person will be the 'go-to' person and the expert for recruitment methods and will also be able to advise on vacation scheme implementation and trainee hires.

This person will work alongside agencies to hire for the firm's clients and has the opportunity to create a PSL.


Recruitment experience is essential. My client would ideally like to speak with candidates who have knowledge of legal recruitment in both an agency and in-house setting. Direct sourcing is naturally something the firms would like to utilise more, so experience of LinkedIn would be most helpful.
