I am currently working with a Bristol based Professional Services firm who are seeking a Learning & Development Manager. The position reports into the Head of HR and manages a team of five.
The role is responsible for the L&D agenda and strategy across the firm and the Manager will take responsibility for all design, delivery, needs analysis and evaluation. The ability to lead, coach and develop the team will be very important alongside your ability to engage and work with senior Partners across the business.
This role would suit someone already at Manager level or possibly a Senior L&D Advisor who is looking to move into their first management role however you must be able to evidence supervisory skills within a wider team, as well as management of programmes.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous L&D experience within a professional or financial services environment.
The client will consider those looking for a 4 day week.
