International HR Manager

As International HR Manager you will be leading all of the generalist HR Activities across EMEA.

Client Details

A leading pharmaceutical firm based in Central London.


Act as HR Business Partner for designated countries;
Manage and overview the entire recruitment process related to the countries assigned, both directly and through external recruiters, from staffing requisition to final offers.
Screen, interview, and communicate with candidates during the interview process;
Support on boarding needs for new hires and participate in orientation.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and adherence to local regulations and policies
Partner with managers and provide guidance and coaching to department managers and employees on all employee relations issues. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Deliver in house training sessions as needed.
May supervisor a team including HR Generalists and/or HR Assistants.


Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in HR;
Good understanding of European law;
Additional European language (French and/or Spanish desirable);
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to train and manage HR staff; and
Basic knowledge of international employments laws and/or processes.

Job Offer

£50,000 - £60,000 plus package.
