HR Process Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with one the most recognisable global financial services organisations who currently have an opportunity for a HR Process Analyst to join their team.

Working as an HR Process Analyst you will be sat within the HR Process and Operating Model Team with specific responsibilities around process improvement and updating the user experience. This will involve mapping core HR processes, designing and implementing any changes required for systems support, working closely with the wider business and understanding their requirements and providing solutions to any issues.

We are looking for someone who has strong systems experience, who has been involved with process mapping and has good stakeholder management skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join one the most highly recognisable financial services firms and be able to make a real difference with how the systems are run and the overall user experience.
