A growing financial services business in the City have an immediate need for an HR Assistant to join the business on a 5 month basis initially.
Working with the Head of HR, current HR Assistant and CEO directly this role will support on day to day administrative tasks such as onboarding, letters, contracts, diary management and invoicing whilst also supporting on projects such as a company wide data cleanse, upcoming appraisal processes and job description updates.
They are a small office with an open door policy therefore ideal candidates will be confident with a level of professionalism. Previous HR experience within a corporate environment is desired but not essential. Someone with strong administrative experience and a hunger to develop their HR knowledge will be considered.
