Recruitment Co-Ordinator
Location: London, UK

Role Type: 1 X Permanent role and 1 X 12 Month -  Fixed Term Contract 
Hour of Work: 09:30 - 17:30

Recruitment Team:
The UK Recruitment Team is an enthusiastic team of highly specialist recruiters who support the core business streams in recruiting talented individuals to KPMG. We are looking for a Recruitment coordinator to join the Senior Hires recruitment team to support and help deliver the Director and partner recruitment for KPMG UK. Our aim is to optimise opportunities to hire exceptional individuals for KPMG and most importantly to be THE diverse and inclusive employer in the market.
Role Overview:
Working closely with the Senior Hires team to support recruitment activities the role is responsible for the co-ordination of day to day recruitment administration tasks (interview arranging, diary management and database support) as well as wider recruitment projects as required. The key requirement for this role is the desire to deliver exceptional standards of Client management and a good candidate experience in a fast paced and demanding team environment

 

Deliverables and Accountability:

 

• Owning and managing end to end delivery of support for service line or Recruitment manager 
• Supporting the recruitment managers with adding roles onto the Applicant Tracking System ( ATS) ,  downloading and sending out pre-screened cvs, and supporting the offer process 
• Coordinating meetings, interviews and panel assessment in a timely and efficient manner and in adherence to prescribed structure including diverse interview panels. 
• Being responsible for the timely collation of paperwork and supporting documents ensuring accuracy and compliance 
• Booking meeting rooms across the UK offices and sending supporting documents to interviewers/ panel members in advance 
• Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System as required from CV downloads to interviews and panel updates
• When required interface with external agency suppliers, Search companies  and Psychometric supplier to
o Arrange external interviews/assessment
o Collate feedback from Interviews, Panel, Psychometric
o Resolve any issues that may arise through this part of the assessment process
• Proactively contributing to initiatives and/or projects across the wider team as required 
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders as we all as support staff across the business who support the partners.
• Exercising judgement and escalating queries where appropriate 
• Acting as an ambassador for the Senior Hires Recruitment Team at all times externally and internally

 

Data Compliance

 

• Update and maintain ATS with Senior Hire candidates regardless of stage to ensure data integrity (to include updating of market specific trackers)
• Ensuring compliance files relating to Senior Hire candidates are correctly logged on the ATS 
• MI and Reporting dashboards to share with the relevant Partner and Recruitment manager as regards activity on roles

• You will require excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines and understanding the need for flexibility re working hours as work demands
• Ability to create strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Has good knowledge of Word, Excel and email systems. Previous use of recruitment systems would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
