The Recruitment team are expanding too and as such they're looking for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to support all Graduate hiring across the UK.
Responsibilities of the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will include:
Working with the career centres and managing logistics for on-campus recruiting events, including scheduling events, organising and shipping materials, booking travel and troubleshooting real-time issues
Working closely with career services to identify key venues, timelines and target students
Sourcing and screening candidates for multiple client service team requisitions
Scheduling phone, virtual and onsite interviews for recruiters and members of the client service team
Managing job postings, assembling interview packets, processing reimbursements, preparing offer letters and sending new hire packs
Maintaining applicant tracking data and reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics
Participating in ad hoc projects across campus marketing and recruitment teams
Partnering with People Development to ensure candidates receive all relevant onboarding information
Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:
Have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a Graduate Recruiter position, Agency or Lateral
Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent
Ability to work effectively with all senior stakeholders and hiring managers across the business
Be passionate about talent sourcing via direct methods
Be suited to an intellectual, fast paced and ever-changing environment
