Diversity & Inclusion Parter - Asset Management

A leading Asset Management firm based in The City are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Partner to join their team. As the Diversity & Inclusion Partner, your role will manage the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion related activities across the Company. As the Diversity & Inclusion Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting structured analysis to determine D&I needs across the organisation

  • Creating a cohesive Diversity & Inclusion strategy and obtain buy in from Senior Stakeholders

  • Developing and progressing Women in Finance Charter initiatives

  • Overseeing the annual Gender Pay Report

  • Embedding D&I cultural behaviours through the performance and behaviour framework

  • Reviewing policies and procedures to enhance D&I opportunities working with the ENEI

  • Making recommendations for recruitment activities and processes to strengthen Diversity & Inclusion focus

  • Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to promote the organisations efforts internally and externally

  • Reviewing external Diversity & Inclusion benchmarks and assessing suitability for the organisation

  • Embedding unconscious bias training and providing follow up's

  • Supporting with the review of inductions and providing input on Diversity & Inclusion strategies that could be incorporated

  • Overseeing the internal diversity data and leveraging the information to set up KPI's to measure impact of new initiatives

As the Diversity & Inclusion Partner, you will possess:

  • Solid experience as a Diversity & Inclusion expert

  • Experience in a broader HR or Learning & Development background

  • Previous experience of Graduate/Internship style programmes

  • High organisational and project management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong MS Office skills
